These Terms govern your use of the Healthy4U app. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. User Content

Data entered by users (e.g., health records) remains their property. We reserve the right to use anonymized data to enhance the app's functionality and improve service delivery.

2. Access to Features

Healthy4U provides free access to all app features, including AI health agents, meal scanning, health tracking, reports, and integrations with Apple Health. No payment or subscription is required.

We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features or subscription plans in future updates. Any such changes will be clearly communicated within the app and on our website prior to taking effect.

3. Daily Usage Limits

The app includes up to 20 daily AI service requests (credits). Unused requests do not roll over to the following day. These limits may be adjusted in future updates.

4. Limitation of Liability

Healthy4U provides recommendations based on user-inputted data. These are not intended as medical advice and do not replace consultations with qualified healthcare providers. Users are fully responsible for their own health-related decisions.

5. Violation of Terms

If a user violates any of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app and its services.

6. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Israel.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Notifications of changes will be provided within the app and published on our website. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Additional Information for the App Store

• Registration Process: Users are informed about personal data processing during the registration process.
• Testing: The app has undergone testing via TestFlight.
• Apple Health (HealthKit): The app integrates with Apple Health to read and display health data such as steps, heart rate, sleep, calories, blood pressure, blood oxygen, blood glucose, body temperature, weight, height, body fat percentage, menstrual cycle data, and water intake. This data is used solely to provide personalized health insights and recommendations within the app. Health data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.
