Filling out the questionnaire in the app

The questionnaire is the first step towards accurate, personalized, and genuinely helpful recommendations from your AI assistant.

Based on your answers, the assistant builds an individual system:

  • how to interpret test results,
  • what advice to give,
  • what to consider when analyzing nutrition, sleep, activity, and overall well-being.

Without the questionnaire, the assistant will be “guessing,” as if it’s seeing you for the first time.

With the questionnaire, it becomes someone who knows you very well.

How to start filling it out?

You can access the questionnaire through the “Chat with AI Assistant” section.

At the very top of the questionnaire, you will see a progress bar to keep track of how much is left.

Filling it out takes just a couple of minutes, but the result lasts for years to come.

What we ask and why:

  1. Select your gender (male, female)

This affects hormonal balance, test norms, and approaches to nutrition and exercise. AI assistants take biological characteristics into account for a more accurate interpretation of data.

  1. Provide your date of birth

Age is a key factor in health. The same indicators for tests, weight, or activity can mean different things at 20 and 50 years old.

  1. Provide your weight

This allows us to calculate BMI, monitor dynamics, and assess risks for joints, heart, blood pressure, and metabolism.

  1. Provide your height

Together with weight, this forms a body profile, based on which norms for macronutrients, physical activity, and other parameters are calculated.

  1. What health issues would you like to improve?

This helps the assistant focus on what matters most: do you want to improve your sleep? digestion? reduce anxiety? We are not just “collecting information”; we start with what is currently concerning you.

  1. Describe your level of weekly activity

Physical activity affects all systems of the body. It helps in selecting regimes, nutrition, and recommendations for sleep and rest.

  1. How many times a year do you get sick?

The frequency of illnesses is an indicator of the immune system and the overall resource of the body. AI can suggest preventive measures.

  1. Do you have any bad habits?

Alcohol, smoking, overeating, and even lack of sleep—all of these affect the body’s functioning. We do not judge; we simply want to take this into account to avoid giving harmful advice.

  1. Do you have food allergies?

So that in the future you don’t receive advice like “add nuts” if you are allergic to them. Safety comes first.

  1. Do you have chronic illnesses?

This is very important: diabetes, hypertension, gastrointestinal diseases, and others—these all change the approach to nutrition, tests, and activity. The AI will adapt recommendations to your reality.

  1. Are there any mental conditions we should know about?

This is not for statistics—it’s for a careful approach. If there is increased anxiety, depression, or other conditions, the AI won’t give “motivating” advice; instead, it will help you find balance.

  1. Are you taking any medications on a regular basis?

Some medications affect test results, appetite, and energy levels. It’s important to know this so we don’t draw false conclusions.

This is about you. This is for you.

The questionnaire is not just a “test for the sake of ticking a box.” It transforms your profile into a real digital map of health.

Without it, the assistant will provide average recommendations.

With it, it will know what is best for you.

Start small. Complete the questionnaire. It is the first step toward a body, energy, and health that works for you.
