Most importantly, the reports are generated based on your activity in the app: communicating with the assistant, scanning food, noting health conditions, and completing habits.
We offer two formats of reports:
Brief Report (available for free)
If you regularly interact with the app—scanning food, writing to the assistant, and noting your condition—you will receive a weekly brief report. It reflects your progress towards goals (weight, steps, activity), the frequency of habit completion, and your overall well-being for the week.
Extended Report (available for coins)
For those who want to analyze their state more deeply and see relationships, a paid extended report is available. It includes detailed dynamics across all tracks (nutrition, sleep, activity, mood), habit analysis and their impact on well-being, tips from the assistant based on collected data, as well as graphs, period comparisons, and highlights of improvements and risk areas.
To ensure the reports are accurate and useful, the app analyzes only the information you record yourself: communicate with the assistant about your well-being, scan meals, note your mood, sleep, and habit completion. The more actively you use the app, the more accurate and useful your reports will be.
