Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Healthy4U website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by HEALTHY4U Medical Technologies Ltd, incorporated in Israel.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Clinic: Healthcare provider organization using the Service
• Clinician: Licensed healthcare professional affiliated with a Clinic
• Patient: Individual receiving care from a Clinic
• Content: Data, text, images, and other materials uploaded to the Service
• Health Data: Personal health information processed through the Service
• Subscription: Paid access plan to the Service

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old or meet their jurisdiction's digital consent age requirement. Corporate representatives must be authorized to bind their organizations.

3. Nature of the Service

The platform enables patient data collection, document storage, optional integrations like Apple Health, clinician dashboards, and AI-assisted tools.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activity under their accounts.

6. Clinic–Patient Relationship

Clinics access patient data within their workspace. The clinician–patient relationship exists solely between the Clinic and the Patient. Healthy4U is not a party to this relationship.

7. User Content

Users retain ownership of their Content. You grant Healthy4U a limited license to host, process, and display Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. AI Processing and Model Use

Healthy4U does not use identifiable Patient Health Data to train general-purpose AI models. We may use aggregated and de-identified data to improve the Service where legally permitted.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Data processing follows our Privacy Policy. Clinics may request a Data Processing Agreement via [email protected].

10. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Misuse the Service for emergency medical situations
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others

11. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions auto-renew. Payments are non-refundable except as legally required.

12. Third-Party Services

Integrations with third-party services are subject to their own terms. Healthy4U is not responsible for third-party services.

13. Intellectual Property

All service rights belong to Healthy4U or its licensors.

14. Availability and Support

The Service is provided "as available." For support, contact [email protected].

15. Termination

Users may stop using the Service at any time. Healthy4U may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

Healthy4U's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Courts of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
